         Terms and Conditions : Service Area & Stock Availability Policy Our online booking system operates within a designated set of postcodes to maintain a reliable 2.5-hour service window and consistent technician availability. We will contact you on your preferred number approximately 30 minutes prior to your appointment window. Serviced postcodes are not publicly listed. After submitting  your service request, we’ll verify your location to confirm eligibility. If your address falls outside our current online booking coverage area, we’ll contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. Occasionally, supplier delays may affect the availability of spare parts or new appliances. If your service requires items that are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and schedule your appointment as soon as stock becomes available.
