Booking a repair
The quickest way is to book online. Enter the property postcode and the calendar shows the next available appointments for that address. You get a confirmation email with a link to reschedule or cancel yourself, up to four hours beforehand, without phoning the office.

Before you call
It saves time if you have the appliance brand and model number handy. On most ovens it is on a plate inside the door frame or around the edge of the door opening; on a cooktop it is usually underneath. A photo of it is fine.
