After dealing with a different company who claimed our oven was “not repairable”. These guys helped us out immensely and repaired our oven in no time at all and had very competitive rates even though they travelled from mt druitt to the northern beaches.

Prompt response to phone enquiry. The technician arrived on time and quickly identified the issue. The big hot plate on my Westinghouse cooktop was not heating up. Leo resolved the problem within an hour and for a very fair price. Also made sure all other hot plates are working fine. Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Excellent service. Very happy with FMB. 10/10 recommend.

Ken attended to replace a damaged ceramic cooktop with a new Chef one on the 23rd of December when most repair companies are already shut for the holidays! He was extremely courteous and efficient and gave me time to clean the benchtop before installing the new one in the space. It looks amazing and we can't wait to try it out on Christmas Day! So so so happy with the service. Can’t rave about these guys enough. Booked in a time slot. Then I had to reschedule as 1 year old had a bad night and they fit into my 1 yr olds sleeping schedule. Came on time. Fixed the oven. So respectful not only of myself but of my property. Put a towel down to protect my floor. Couldn’t believe the price. Update….. while writing this review I noticed that they also do dish washers. So it was a phone call to Leo. He popped back in after work on his was home. Gave some great advise. After a discussion and lots of researching costs and brands with my husband we booked to get a new dishwasher. Fast forward three days and we are the proud owners of a new dish washer. Was at a great price compared to the competition. The guys who installed and took away the dish washer were legends. Called before they came. On time. Respectful.
Again, Can’t thank these guys enough. Have told all my work colleagues and they are now added to their list of contacts. Well done FMB. Customer for life!
