The quickest way is the Change or cancel this booking button in your confirmation email. Can't find the email? Enter your booking number (it's in the email subject, e.g. FMB-1234) and the email or mobile you booked with, and we'll send the link again.
Bookings can be changed or cancelled online up to one day before. After that, please call us on (02) 9067 3131.
